"The electricity went in and out all night while we were there. The hotel would lose power and regain it and lose it again. It happened all night on one of the nights we stayed and through the morning as well. I couldn’t believe more people were not angry about this but maybe that’s something they are used to in this hotel. We were not and it was not a pleasant experience. In addition, this hotel is super hard to get in and out of. The parking is adjacent to the building and the entrance to the parking has a steep incline and can easily be missed. If you have lots of luggage you can have a hard time entering/leaving the property. While the breakfast is free, don’t expect any special or great, it’s pretty minimally standard. Truly, a refund should be given to us as we could not sleep/enjoy our stay peacefully and feel secure for our safety. In addition, when we called when the electricity came back on, the staff couldn’t explain what was going on, only that they had called for help. The hotel the next morning put up a sign saying they were testing the electricity, I guess they forgot to tell their own staff about that."

"We made our reservation for two rooms through Expedia. When we entered the rooms, we were shocked. Everything was extremely old and dirty. The windows overlooked a demolished building that appeared to be a nesting area for flying insects. When we complained to the hotel, we were told that no other rooms were available. We then contacted Expedia and spent nearly two hours going back and forth between Expedia and the hotel before our rooms were finally changed. The replacement rooms were larger and somewhat nicer, but they were still not very clean and were extremely noisy. Both rooms faced a busy street with heavy traffic. Even with the windows closed, the traffic noise was constant and disruptive. I learned my lesson. I will never make a reservation through Expedia again. In my experience, booking through Expedia resulted in being assigned the least desirable rooms in the hotel."

"My stay was okay. I was in the area on business, so the location was excellent. Everything I needed was nearby. The bed was very comfortable. I didn’t like that there was no lobby. So I didn’t feel very welcome. I was not told about the cleaning fee at check in. I put aside a tip everyday for cleaning service only be told at checkout that I must pay for the cleaning of the room. I was told that the services offered here are similar to an Airbnb. Oh ok I didn’t know that. I generally don’t stay at an Airbnb , only hotels. I will be sure and inquire more closely before I book the next hotel. I don’t like paying a cleaning fee. Especially since I had to deal with an offensive odor during my stay. Thank you."
