“The reason I’m giving overall 3 stars is because there was a cockroach we had to kill in our restroom and then another bug near the bed. Front desk staff was helpful but one morning we tried to go in through a side/back entrance that we had already previously been in and out through and some men at a podium made us go all the way around. It was hot so that was annoying.”

We did ask for late check out given we were leaving early. We asked in advanced, since they offered. They said it was okay but to ask the morning of, which we did but that morning they said we could only check out 45 minutes later, so that was a bummer.
